Salary : 60,000.00 + over riding sales commission
 
 
 
WE are looking for a SALES MANAGER who can manage accounts and generate new sales for our range of products and services.
 
 
Key performance areas
As a Sales Manager, you will manage the activity and sales performance of the whole department. 
The Sales Manager will provide managerial focus and direction to the sales organization, manage account and market development activities, and develop and manage distribution channels. You also will establish and manage the sales strategy and process of each brand of product/service , ensure sales resources are properly allocated to effectively grow market share, and maintain functional costs within guidelines. A key function of the Sales Manager will be effectively managing the implementation an accounts development program and sales coverage for our machine tools prodcuts and services to achieve desired results, both qualitative and quantitative, as well as sustaining the current growth in revenue for our construction and solar power through development of new accounts and seizing new projects.
 
Other duties include:
-Establishing, prioritizing, and implementing projects consistent with the company's business needs
-Meeting established sales budgets and targets
-Training and developing employees
-Establishing appropriate distribution coverage in all areas to ensure growth of market
-Maintaining functional costs within guidelines
 
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering – or equivalent experience 
- 3-5 years' technical sales experience
- 5 year experience in the metalworking industry and/or construction industry. 
- 2-5 years’ of technical management experience. 
 
Candidates should also possess:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to easily liaise with all customers, distributors and sales team
