SALES MANAGER (COMMERCIAL)
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors sales leads per specialist & ensures closure of transactions to attain a high batting average
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
Champions establishment of subdealerships endorsed by specialists & evaluates areas for development
Plans out programs to improve sales & ensure domination, particularly in Visayas Region
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business related course
Has ample experience in Sales & Marketing, and has handled a productive sales team
Knowledge in transport vehicles & equipment is an advantage
Able to motivate & rally the sales team to attain their respective targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
