SALES MANAGER – CENTRAL & EASTERN VISAYAS
Plant: Cebu
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct sales team in achieving 100% sales objectives of assigned territories by promoting products, implementing professional sales techniques and building long-term business relationships.
Plans, leads, organize, and control sales representatives in the most effective way in achieving sales and profitability.
Meet one-on-one with Core Accounts to present their individual performance; helps the leaders analyze their sources of sales that will address their identified weak points, secures commitment of sales leaders to apply their much needed activities for the campaign.
Generates sales forecasts and analysis. Identify new and potential product lines.
Oversees handling or may handle accounts.
Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of managerial experience in sales operations in a manufacturing industry.
With a degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Managed regional account with exposure in NAG marketing is an advantage
With experience in handling a team.
Excellent negotiation skills
