JOB DESCRIPTION
Reconfirms data from Order Sheet to ensure all details are correct.
Rechecks SO Number in Order Sheet to ensure completeness and no duplicate encoding.
Encode SO Number in Order Sheet file.
Encode the purchase orders in company data system
Print and ensure that all details in the invoices (SI/DR) are accurate.
Prepare all needed documents for attachments
Collates all invoices from delivery and ensures completeness and accuracy of details.
Creates Incident Report for any concerns that will trigger invoices variations (especially in weight and price variances).
Encodes sales data at Sales Invoice level in the company data system.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any 4 year business course or any related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Amenable to commute and work in Manila
Fast learner and well organized
With good communication skills
Keen to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
