SALES HEAD
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees and supervises day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.
Ensure consistent achievement of Sales growth and hitting of sales target and collection through successful managing of the sales team
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensure brand’s strong presence in the market.
Supervises sales team compliance to standard operating procedures and requirements as mandated by the principal and the management on product handling and customer service.
Establish good relationship among customers/clients, through ensuring timely delivery of stocks, and adherence to their operational standards and practices.
Handles day-to-day operations of retail outlets. Monitors competitors’ activities, which include events, new items, price adjustment, and other related matters.
Train, develop and motivate sales team, and coordinates with HR on any manpower related concerns.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related course
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably from a FMCG company.
Required skill(s): Sales, Management, Distribution, People Management
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in sales – Retail /General or equivalent
High regard for Customer service, and excellence
Excellent process orientation skills with good verbal and written communication ability
With effective presentation skills and can provide daily, weekly and monthly update on sales operations
Good working knowledge of MS office and MS Access is an advantage.
Can drive (driver’s license restriction 1-2-3 is an advantage)
