Sales Head for Chery
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring and driving Sales target of all dealerships are hit. Formulates and implements sales strategies that would increase sales performance of the company. Sets a clear direction and motivates staff to move the most inventory possible as fast as possible.
EDUCATION
Graduate of 4 year course preferably Marketing, Communication Arts, or Business Management.
EXPERIENCE
With at least 8 years of sales experience in Automotive or service oriented organizations. Five (5) years of which should be on a managerial capacity.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of market research, dealer operations and sales
Selling strategies

Advanced skills in Business Management
Above average communication skills
Presentation skills
