Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Showcase Subaru's impressive lineup of vehicles and assist customers in finding the perfect match.
Conduct test drives and provide expert product knowledge.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Passion for automobiles and excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required - we welcome candidates with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
