A trading and contractor for specialty construction products e.g., waterproofing, concrete retrofitting, epoxy floor coating and tank lining, etc.
We are currently need of SALES EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
Full time position and willing to do field sales works
Graduate or college level in the field of Engineering or Architecture Willing to travel outside Cebu
Good in oral and written communication/computer literate
Excellent Sales and negotiation skills, Aggressive and Goal Oriented
Must be honest, hardworking, responsible, can handle pressure and can work in flexible time Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Preferable a resident in Lapulapu City or Mandaue City
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare/deliver technical presentation of products and services to prospect customers
Prepare proposals/quotations to current and prospective customers
Prepare sufficient and accurate documentation on all matters related to selling and reporting
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers Sell and promote company products and services
Immediate response to client's complaints and queries Coordinate in processing of purchase orders and deliveries
Promotes/sells/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
