JOB DESCRIPTION
????Client generation via referrals, activities, showroom manning, social media
????Marketing and sales of Ayala Land Premier products - office and residential lots and units in metro manila and around the philippines + industrial and commercial lots under Ayala Land estates and Ayala Land logistics holdings corp (selling price of P15Mn to 1.5Bn)
????Long term Relationship and investment portfolio management
????For direct hiring
????Compensation via monthly allowance of P10-60k depending on performance + commissions and incentives for every sale of approx 2% of list price (or at least P300k based on minimum selling price)
????Annual sales quota of 8 units - potential annual income of at least P2.5Mn based on 8 units at minimum selling price)
????Training is continuously provided
JOB QUALIFICATION
????Atleast 2 years college level or 72 units in college
????With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
????Willing to start ASAP
????For direct hiring
