SALES EXECUTIVE
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year work experience as Sales Executive in a logistics and freight forwarding company
Knowledge about the Logistics/ Freight Forwarding industry (standard practices, rates, etc.)
In-depth knowledge about current trend of Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Required Skill(s): Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal), Customer Service, Marketing Analysis & Research
Willing to work overtime and holidays.
Honest and can keep confidential information
Flexible, trainable and can work with less supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Strategy Development. Develop and implement strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
Client Relationship Management. Maintain strong and long lasting customer relationship and act as point of contact for new and existing clients.
Sales and Negotiation. Negotiate contracts and agreement of clients and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Market Analysis & Research. Conduct market research of current trends and competitiveness as well as potential opportunities.
Collaboration & Coordination. Work closely with the Operations and Logistics Team ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting. Preparation of sales report and forecast for management review.
