JOB DESCRIPTION
-Identify customer needs and direct them to an appropriate product.
-Present appropriate products to the client and its market.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
-Prepare and submit sales quotations to the clients in accordance with the company policies.
-Attend to the customer's needs and concerns with regards to the products that the company is selling.
-Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
-Coordinate with the client and operation team for the delivery and installation of items and be at the client's site when necessary.-Provide excellent after-sales service.
-Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management in accordance with the company policy.
-Follow up collection once delivery of items to the client has been completed.
-Ensure to meet monthly and quarterly quota.
-Do other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or management
JOB QUALIFICATION
-At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in Corporate Sales.
- College Level/Graduate
-Willing to assigned Brgy. Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City
