SALES EXECUTIVE - Hospitality Group
 
Job Summary:
 
As a Sales Executive for our hotel and resort, you will be responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our facilities and services. Your role involves understanding market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive occupancy and event bookings.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients including corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and individual customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and event bookings.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our hotel and resort.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are accurately documented and adhered to.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the system.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on all aspects of the hotel and resort's offerings, including rooms, amenities, event spaces, and special packages.
Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Competencies:
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
