Job Summary
 
A Sales Executive oversees the relationship of the company with its clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term clients by attending to their needs and requests. Promotes healthcare management through benefit orientations, utilization reviews and wellness programs. Will also attend inquiries and concerns.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible in acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and their requirements
Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams
Resolve issues faced by clients and deal with complaints
Play an integral part in generating new sales
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations and negotiations with clients
Analyzes and recommends pricing, program benefits to immediate superior to ensure successful closure of account/ renewal of account
Required Skills/Abilities:
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills
Computer literate
Possesses strong analytical skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in the same field
