SALES EXECUTIVE
 
Work Location: Unit 2,3,4 # 573 V. Albano St., Barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City Cebu, Philippines.
 
Qualifications:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record in sales
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
1+ years of experience in sales and industry
Strong knowledge of industry standards
Preferably person has sales experience on building projects
Preferably person-owned driver's license (at least Motorcycle)
Job Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with new customers
Submit weekly & monthly sales activity reports
Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate.
Follow up on customer orders as necessary.
Keep a high level of knowledge about products and services.
Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling...etc)
Salary:
Salary (Depends on the experience) + Quota Incentive
