We are seeking a well-experienced Sales Executive to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments. In this role, you will assist to achieve the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the sales revenue by establishing and maintaining strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly exploring new business opportunities. You will also ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications, professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts. Qualifications Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria: Progressive career in Sales in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role Superior customer service skills Exceptional problem-solving, strategy formulation and account development skillswith high regard for details and accuracy Passion for working with people
