The Company is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to generate sales on commission basis in the fields of education, recruitment, project management services and the language market and have experience working with multinational companies in different industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social Media
● Set up meetings with potential clients and ensure follow up calls
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Negotiate/close deals
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
● Embrace the daily/weekly and monthly targets as established by the Company
● Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new services/products
● Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand
consistency and increase sales
● Ensure proper updating and recording on the Company's CRM system
● Collaborate with other senior representatives of the Company
● Attend to adhoc and/or planned meetings as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum 7 years' experience as a Sales Executive
● Experience working with multinational companies
● Experience in closing high value deals with clients
● BPO experience preferred
● Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical and organizational skills
● Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
● Proficiency in the English Language is a must (minimum C2 level is required)
TASKS : development of new clients opportunities and sales target achieved per day / week
DELIVERABLES : % Sales Achievement , Build a top 50 client list
MILESTONE : 50,000 per sales
EDUCATION:-
● BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
RATES: 10% Commission
