JOB DESCRIPTION DISTRIBUTION SALES EXECUTIVE VISAYAS (Western & Eastern)
Onduline Philippines, expert in roofing and waterproofing solutions is searching for a dynamic sales executive to develop its presence in Visayas region.
Job description:
As Distribution Sales executive for Visayas, you will meet the needs of a new and existing clients.
You will be responsible to increase sales and to expand Onduline's presence in the territory.
Channel management
To develop new distributors in Western and Eastern Visayas
Maintain display and documentation and facilitate requirements from store owner/manager/staff
Organize and animate training sessions of distributors sales persons : physical and on line
Execute locally marketing campaign within framework defined by Marketing Manager
Manage UAP group and local contractors
Demand generation
Generate business through local projects, building permit registrations and BCI
- allocate "Onduline projects" to Onduline contractors and to monitor progresses
- develop and animate Onduline roofing and waterproofing contractors community
*Develop local roofing contractors to support local installation of projects and accessibility of technical assistance.
Project Management
Regularly update project pipeline and facilitate estimate requests.
Orders management
Track fulfillment of PO: Order to cash management in accordance to service level agreement
Skills and requirements:
She/he has a 3-5 years successful sales experience in the construction industry and handling professional distribution and modern trade channels
She/ He has a good distribution network in the territory
She/he is autonomous, able to organize her/himself within framework provided by management
She/he capable to develop local marketing campaign.
