The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of:
Sales Executive
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible in searching to potential customers and preparing quotations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scouts for new customers within the coverage area assigned.
2. Studies customer's requirements for prospecting.
3. Conducts cold calling and prospecting.
4. Researches potential customers via internet.
5. Conducts market saturation activities.
6. Prepares quotation for customers of assigned area.
7. Conducts product presentation to customers of assigned area.
8. Discusses promotions to customers.
9. Gathers and maintains an updated of contact details of customers.
10. Collects down-payment from customers and ensures Collection Receipt is issued. Remits the same to Accounting or for provincial collections- deposits collection directly to the bank.
11. Negotiates with customers on the terms of agreement for closing sales.
12. Attends to trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations.
13. Develops and maintains good relationship with existing customers of assigned area thru regular communication.
14. Arranges meeting with VP/GM for HBD & Area Sales Manager with potential customers for prospecting.
15. Observes and reports to Area Sales Manager the current buying trend in the market that may affect the business.
16. Prepares and submits reports daily on client's visited within the day to Team Leader.
17. Monitors the progress of orders and concerns of clients.
18. Coordinates with Inventory Staff for units ordered by the client.
19. Ensures that the monthly performance targets are met.
20. Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior and VP/GM of HBD from time to time.
EDUCATION
Graduate of at least 4 years course
Marketing or Management Degree
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years experience
