SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the assigned brand's showroom and for responding to the customer's queries and needs until the fulfilment of their orders.
DUTIES
-Manages the assigned brand's showroom and attends to clients visiting the store
-Greets customers and answers their queries
-Thoroughly checks and responds to all customer queries in assigned brand's online platforms and text messages
-Inputs daily sales report to system and oversees proper inventory of the store
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers
-Makes sure to fulfill all customers' orders from inquiry, order process, delivery, and installation
-Works diligently to reach the monthly sales quota
-Must be able to present well the assigned brand to them
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder preferably in business, marketing, hospitality, or any related course
-With experience in sales and customer service is a huge plus
-Must be sharp and is keen to details
-Must be adept in using MS Word and MS Excel
-With good command in speaking and in conversing with clients
