As a Sales Executive working the night shift, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts, delivering outstanding service and forging long-lasting connections. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our products and services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective prospecting techniques, leveraging available databases and tools.
Understand clients' unique needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Overcome objections and handle rejections with finesse, using your persuasive skills to turn them into opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, demonstrating your drive and determination.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a captivating and confident phone presence.
Exceptional persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a knack for closing deals.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with an unwavering determination to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Willingness to work during night shifts.
