JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Executive is the key point of contact between the company and clients. Main target is to meet sales goals set by the management. Foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsible for continuous increase of business volume and profitability.
The ideal candidate should enjoy challenges, is energetic, demonstrates initiative and has a strong interest in Sales.
Preference will be given to candidates with medical background and solid experience and knowledge in the medical/ medical equipment industry.
Must have an outgoing and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
Possess the ability to communicate well and deliver a positive image of the company and its products.
Must be target driven and have the ability to develop market opportunities, negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
Must be comfortable with conducting product presentations.
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila
The candidate should be a graduate of a 4-yr course, preferably Pre-Med or a Med Tech. Computer literate and proficient in oral & written english. Also, fits the above requirements. Compensation package highly depends on the competencies of the qualified candidate. Allowance, commissions, company car and other awaits.
Starting salary is Php 18,000 but still depends on the competencies of the candidate and willing to start as soon as possible.
With regards to our recruitment process, we do online interviews (Viber Video Call) temporarily due to the current situation we are all facing right now. You can refer to the below process:
1. Endorsement of Candidates
2. HR Initial Profile Screening
3. Scheduling of Interview once passed with the initial profile screening
4. Endorsement to Sales Manager
5. If recommended for hiring, will proceed to Final Interview with VP-Human Resources.
6. Completion of Pre-Employment Requirements
7. Negative Swab Test Result before commencement of employment.
