We are seeking for an Account Manager who creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. supervise assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. He/She is the business representative with whom a client has the most one-on-one interaction within a company.
Job responsibilities:
» Ensure that customers feel that their needs are being met.
» Ensure the timely and prosperous delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
» Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
» Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
