Reports to: Client Services Head / Business Development Head
Schedule: Skeletal 3 days per week. WFH
Performance Evaluation: Every 3 Months
Location: Remote Work
Probationary Period: Six (6) Months
Compensation: Monthly Salary + 5% Sales Commission
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Generates revenue through sales of services.
• Identifies and secures new accounts by targeting new markets, profiling, and presentations.
• Maintains a healthy relationship with clients by identifying, helping, and fulfilling their needs and requirement.
• Attends sales meetings and reports progress of activities as required by the Management.
• Represents the organization in trade exhibitions and events as required.
• Initial Quota: Php 200,000 Booked Accounts per month
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably a graduate of BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication and other business-related courses.
• 1-2 or 3-4 Years Experience in sales in an advertising industry
• Knowledge in Website Design, UX/UI, Video Production, or Graphic Design is an advantage.
• Strong client management skills and ability to keep commitments.
• Strong motivation and has a positive approach in analyzing new business opportunities.
• Has confidence in presenting the company profile and its products and services to clients and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills in all disciplines, including written, oral, and email.
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• Ability to lead the project, use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
• Must have passion to be in Sales.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Has positive attitude in dealing with people.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to compose professionally constructed documents using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
