We are expanding our team and are looking for Sales Engineers to cover Mindanao and Visayas.
Choice of Reporting Offices:
Visayas: Cebu or Bacolod City
Mindanao: Cagayan de Oro City or Iligan City

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Engineer with a mechanical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is trainable, hardworking, and customer-focused. Sales experience is a plus but not required - a strong willingness to learn and deliver excellent service is key.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Promote & Sell: Market and sell industrial mill supplies to clients across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
Customer Solutions: Assist customers in applying products and solutions to their operational needs.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
Technical Expertise: Leverage your mechanical knowledge to explain technical products and solutions clearly to clients.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
Travel: Visit client sites and attend industry-related activities as required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements and feedback.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, BS Mechanical Engineering graduate or undergraduate (other related courses/experience may be considered).
With valid driver's license (motorcycle and/or automobile).
Trainable, diligent, and motivated to succeed.
Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel within assigned regions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with industrial products and market trends.
Sales training or certifications in sales techniques.
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
