QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
Willing to be trained and to do fieldworks
With above average oral and written communication skills
Computer savvy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively looking for new
business clients and Sales opportunities.
Present,
sell, negotiate, and introduce products/services to their identified lead base by utilizing different methods (telemarketing, social media selling, client visits) to achieve sales goals and quota
Preparing
and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products or services to customers. Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers. Provide product trainings if necessary.
Support
company's Sales goals and objectives by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Ensure
customer satisfaction by timely attending to concerns. Do client visits and set-up meetings if necessary. Consolidate feedbacks/reviews of customers; and present to Sales Manager for possible adjustment/resolution

Collaborating with sales teams to achieve sales goals and to understand usual customer requirements/concerns/complaints as well as discussing effective sales techniques
Determines
improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending to educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes
to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
