Duties and Responsibities:
►Actively looking for new business clients and Sales opportunities.
►Present, sell, negotiate, and introduce products/services to their identified lead base by utilizing different methods (telemarketing, social media selling, client visits) to achieve sales goals and quota
►Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products or services to customers. Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers. Provide product trainings if necessary.
►Support company's Sales goals and objectives by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
►Ensure customer satisfaction by timely attending to concerns. Do client visits and set-up meetings if necessary. Consolidate feedbacks/reviews of customers; and present to Sales Manager for possible adjustment/resolution
►Collaborating with sales teams to achieve sales goals and to understand usual customer requirements/concerns/complaints as well as discussing effective sales techniques
►Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services
►Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending to educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
