JOB SUMMARY:
Assumes the responsibility for the sales of high grade pre-painted roofing materials, wall claddings, frames and floor decking through quality products and services. Undertakes a highly competent stand in the market as field consultant by determining in-depth market needs and wants and serving them with utmost customer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A.1) DAILY
1. Solicits sales from regular and potential customer through professional service by providing free accurate estimate (base on plan or actual measurement) and generate sales contract.
2. Continues to identify and develops market potentials and widens market coverage.
3. Monitors daily cash collection and accounts receivables to assure timely collections.
4. Coordinates documentation processes to assure smooth flow of papers.
5. Monitors completeness/accuracy of data & attachments to contract.
6. Develops good business atmosphere with customer.
7. Strengthen business relationship and promote goodwill to customer.
A.2) WEEKLY
1. Monitors sales quotation, sales contract, sales intake and dispatch against budget to assure achievement of quota.
2. Monitors A/R particularly those accounts exceeded agreed terms and conditions.
3. Monitors stock availability.
4. Attends job-site meeting as the need arises.
A.3 MONTHLY
1. Reviews intake/dispatch versus quota per monthly basis.
2. Assesses market potential in terms of nos. of customer and market share.
3. Validate direct effect of strategy to sales volume per month.
4. Recommend counter measures to address negative effects of competitors move against us.
5. Reconciliation of outstanding account receivables on a monthly basis. ( A/R list will be provided by Finance Department).
B. SPECIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR ASSIGNMENTS
1. Attends to customer complaint.
2. Attends to social functions related to sales to promote good image/rapport to establish goodwill for the company.
3. Attends to legal proceedings as the need arises.
C.REPORTORIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
C.1) INTERNAL REPORTS
C.1.1) DAILY
1. Prepares and accomplishes daily sales call activities.
2. Monitors daily sales calls, sales quotation(SQ), sales contract (SC), intake, dispatch and collections.
3. Monitors competitor's business activities.
C.1.2) WEEKLY
1. Submit to Regional Sales Head accomplished weekly sales call activities.
2. Monitors and submit list of SQ and SC to Regional Sales Head in aweekly basis.
3. Weekly monitoring of sales intake and dispatch and collectibles.
4. Weekly A/R update report.
5. Submit to Regional Sales Head competitive analysis that has direct effect to sales volume.
C.1.3) MONTHLY
1. Prepares 3-mos coil rolling forecast on a monthly basis.
2. Report individual intake/dispatch against quota.
3. Reports competitor's activities to Regional Sales Head per area of operation.
4. Monthly A/R update report.
5. Submit to Regional Sales Head consolidated/summarized monthly report on competition movement in the area and recommends necessary action.
C.1.4 ANNUAL
1. Reports proposed budget for the next calendar year including proposed plans , strategiesand actions plans.
2. Accomplishment report on the outcome of proposed strategies and action plans.
C.2) EXTERNAL REPORTS
C.2.1) DAILY
1. Submits billing statement to customer.
C.2.2) WEEKLY
1. Submit project accomplishment report (PAR) to customer.
C.2.3) BI-Monthly
1. Submits follow-up report intended for outstanding collections.
2. Product update report.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
