Sales EngineerConcepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company

Achieve sales targets in the territory while operating within the confines of company policies and promotional programs. Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure achievement of sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a lead in delivering delight customer - Monitor defined metrics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve Sales and Margin Targets - Refer to Plan.
Guide and coach application engineers, to ensure delivery of selections quotations, products, services and after-market support deliver customer satisfaction.
Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapport with customers. Track quotations and anticipate customer requirements, to assist OTM forecast process, ensure available stocks.
Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with representatives from other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BS Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Graduate or equivalent
Understands HVAC Maintenance and Service Operation
Preferably has work related experience in Sales, Facilities or Manufacturing and at least with 1-2 years of experience
Has good communication skills
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
Must be willing to be assigned in Sucat, Muntinlupa and Cebu Office.
