KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Sales Engineer to handle our growing business in Davao. Based in Davao, you will maintain and develop new and existing clients in the small, medium to top construction developers in the area.

What will you be doing?
Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with people in the business
Handle Volume Sales and meet targeted KPIs
Build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive manner
Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts
Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders
Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up
Are you the one?
Proven track record in sales handling business-to-business (b2b)
A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
Holds a driver's license and must be open to travel
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing
Knowledgeable in CRM and Salesforce
Can speak the local or native dialect used in Davao, highly desirable
Solution selling mindset
Strong influence and network in the industry
