Position Overview
 
As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical aircon specifications and client needs-from residential homeowners to large-scale industrial clients. Your role will involve presenting tailored solutions, securing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships.
 
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical presentations and proposals for various aircon product lines
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to deliver custom HVAC solutions
Provide quotes, manage contracts, and drive sales targets across all segments
Guide clients on features like inverter technology, energy efficiency, and system types (VRF, chiller, rooftop, etc.)
Support after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction
Engage in marketing activities, trade fairs, and dealer training programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Licensed ME preferred)
Experience in HVAC sales or technical sales engineering
Solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to different client environments
Willingness to travel and manage customer visits or projects
