WE ARE HIRING: SALES ENGINEER (AIR-CONDITIONING PRODUCTS)
 
Assignment: Mindanao Area
 
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Engineers to handle sales, dealer development, and market expansion for our air-conditioning products in the Mindanao region.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Promote, sell, and expand distribution of residential and commercial air-conditioning units
Develop and manage dealer, contractor, and installer accounts
Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, and technical coordination with dealers
Achieve assigned sales targets and collection objectives
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities
Submit accurate sales forecasts and regular field reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
With at least 1-2 years experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, appliances, or construction-related sales
Knowledge of dealer-based selling and project accounts is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
Willing to travel extensively within Mindanao
Preferably based in Mindanao or familiar with the territory
