Job Description:
Input and update sales orders, customer information, and other relevant data into the company's database or system.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related records.
Regularly review and verify the integrity of sales data.
Organize and maintain orderly records of sales transactions.
Work closely with the sales team to gather necessary information for data entry.
Communicate effectively with the team members to address any discrepancies or missing information.
Generate regular reports.
Provide timely and accurate data to support sales analysis.
Implement measures to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct routine audits of sales data to identify and rectify errors.
Handle sensitive sales information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably IT-related course.
Prior work experience in data entry is a plus, but NOT required.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Detail orientation.
Efficient, diligent, and fast learner.
Willing to report on Monday to Saturday at Sta. Cruz, Manila.
