Job Description He/she will be reporting directly to the EG Sales Academy (EGSA) Head. He/She is expected to engage both new and current sales team members, other stakeholders to plan time and activities to ensure achievement of EGSA's goals and objectives. Responsibilities In Co-Developing Sales Learning Program: Assists his/her head in determining learning priorities of EG Sales Attends meetings with Globe University and with other stakeholders during the training needs analysis and other pre-program planning Observes conduct of training sessions to identify improvement opportunities in future runs KPI: 100% of EG Sales with an average score of 80% in all programs In Orchestrating Implementation of Sales Learning: Assists his/her head in driving the systematic and timely rollout of training programs Maintains the sales team's training inventory and tracks individual progress Delivers timely regular progress reports to his/her immediate supervisor based on available data analytics KPI: 100% training completion goals for identified priority programs, the achievement of field coaching In Developing and Implementing People Engagement Program: Assists his/her head in developing EG Sales' people engagement programs based on key engagement drivers highlighted in various surveys and reports Regular engagement and interface with EG Sales to identify concerns that may be addressed by training or people engagement interventions Reports these concerns to his/her immediate supervisor for proper alignment Business Acumen Understands EG business strategy and able to relate to learning requirements Understands EG priority industry ecosystems and relates the relevance of solutions Co-identifies learning interventions that may help alleviate the team's current productivity Anticipates learning opportunities needed to build relevant future capabilities and shares these to his/her head Data Analysis Makes recommendations to his/her immediate supervisor about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyses data to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems. Including: Collecting and interpreting data Analyzing results Identifying patterns and trends in data sets Defining new data collection and analysis processes Operational Meetings Facilitates periodic meetings on behalf of his/her head that will highlight key updates, report on action items, and facilitate the resolution of issues Organize/facilitate agenda, schedule, output, and follow-through of operational issues Organizational Development Takes the lead from his/her head to develop and administer HR-related programs for Sales and other development, integration of human resources programs, and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives Sales Incentive Program Rewards and Recognition Confirmation of Appointments Administrative Management Maintains and updates EG Sales training inventory Coordinates training plan and calendar with Globe University Assists his/her head in driving attendance of EG Sales team in all training programs Reports on the progress of programs/people using various data sources and analytics Creates and delivers a systematic process for a well-organized training program Efficiently communicates all training programs to the sales team, GU, and to the stakeholders Maintains an organized calendar of events, schedules of activities based on the EGSA gating process Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
