Job Description:
GSM/ Region/Country Management / Products / BUs
· Conduct user acceptance testing, providing post implementation support to business stakeholders and end-users through user manual documentations and/or facilitation of user trainings
· Assist in defining and deploying sales process improvements
· Assist in developing and deploying global sales training plan
· Support sales organization by providing guidance regarding correct CRM usage thru training
· Periodically update the global community regarding CRM developments
· Closely work with region and country sales management to drive sales process enhancement and alignment
