SALES DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing and other related field.
With at least 3-5 years experience in After Sales in a real estate industry
Has vast knowledge in all after sales documents like Deed of Sale, Reservation and Equity Agreement, Deed of Restrictions, and the likes
Has extensive knowledge in forming and registering to Homeowner’s Association, unit turn-over, bank accreditations, and the likes.
Knows how to coordinate and build good relations with government institutions and third-party partners.
With outstanding analytical skills, organized,  with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service, with above-average knowledge in MS Office and software applications
Tasks include:
Preparation of all After Sales documents like Deed of Sale, Contract to Sell, etc
Ensures all documents pertaining to the transfer of ownership is complete
Forms and registers Home Owner’s Association with HLURB
Coordinates with banking partners for accreditation and references for banking loans of clients
Coordinates with Site Engineers in the update of client’s unit and all other deliverables
Conducts Buyer Orientation
