SALES DIRECTOR FOR MEMORIAL GARDEN PROJECT
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in business management or marketing
Fluency in oral and written English
Successful management background with a memorial garden development a definite plus
Experience in web-site development and sales training/motivational videos
Highly motivated and results oriented
Ability to develop train, motivate and direct a competitive sales force
With proven organizational and operational skills
Base compensation: Php 20-25K/month plus lucrative incentives and overrides
