Job SALES DIRECTOR
Overall responsible for the operations of the sales department. Develops and executes strategic plan to own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and expand customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and effectively communicate to understand their business needs and objectives.
At least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity
Strong background in sales, marketing, and planning gained preferably from a real estate. Has a good sales track record
Ability to identify market needs and trends
Good leadership skills and must be able to coach and motivate people
Hands-on and must be comfortable working under pressure
Persistent, diligent, and keen attention to details
Good decision-making skills, enthusiastic and teachable personality
