Job DescriptionSales Director, Real Estate, Central Luzon, PhilippinesWe are looking for a Sales Director for a real estate company, with project in Central Luzon. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle of the project. This includes developing and executing the overall sales strategy, recruiting and training the sales team, managing budgets and forecasts, and ultimately achieving and exceeding sales targets. The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in high-volume residential project sales.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related courses.MBA is a plusTen (10) years of experience in real estate sales, with at least five (5) years in a Director-level or Senior Management role, specifically handling large-scale residential subdivision (horizontal projects)Must have a proven and verifiable track record of successfully launching and selling out a major residential project (500+ units) in the Philippines.Familiarity of the Nueva Ecija or Central Luzon market dynamicsMust have an existing strong network with brokers and distributorsDemonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead large sales teams (30+ people)Experience in launching a project from the pre-selling stageDeep understanding of the Philippine real estate market, particularly the economic housing and mid-market segments.Excellent oral and written communication skillsWillingness to be based in Nueva EcijaFilipino candidates onlyHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply online by clicking the "I'M INTERESTED" button and following the instructions.
