Job Title: Sales Director

Qualifications:
o College graduate of any 4-year course
o Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB)
o Must have a background in Real Estate Sales
o Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience
o Must have at least 5 years of real estate experience
o Must be able to lead and manage a team of sales managers and property specialists
o Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market (sell-all project)
o Tech savvy, excellent presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
o Achieve all sales related objectives and deliverables
o Maximize the productivity and efficiency of the sales task force
o Meet required sales quota every month
o Recruit and ensure complete number of manpower (Sales Manager and Property Specialist) at all times
- at least 2-3 Sales Managers (max: 5 SMs) and 5 Property Specialists (max: 15 - 25 PSs)
