*college graduate of any 4-year course
*with 5 years of managerial experience
*with background in sales
*with at least 7 years of real estate experience
*preferrably a licensed broker
*must be able to lead and manage a team of sales managers and property specialists
*must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
Responsibilities
*to achieve all sales related objectives and deliverables
*to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the sales task force
*to meet required sales quota every month
*to ensure complete number of manpower at all times
