Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at LA- based client. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Your primary focus will be to support the current Sales Team, promote and sell our Company and services to commercial clients, while also nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential commercial clients based on predetermined, identified list that is created internally.
Connect with potential clients via a combination of direct phone calls and follow up emails and qualify via a pre-determined set of guidelines/rules to understand their needs.
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of the client's products and services.
Collaborate with and support internal teams to tailor solutions according to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Discuss terms and contracts with clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Participate in ongoing internal sales team meetings.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position the client's offerings.
Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM (Hubspot)
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the food industry.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hubspot CRM software.
