Quadrant is looking for a Sales Development Representative to find and support potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales team up for success.
Requirements
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, HubSpot, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Build a list of target companies and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the commercial and marketing team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Benefits
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
2-3 years of experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving quotas
At least 1 year of experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong communication skills via email and LinkedIn
Impeccable English skills, especially in writing
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
