As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and evaluate potential clients who can benefit from an array of solutions and services. As a pivotal member of the front-line team, this individual will engage with potential clients, possessing a profound understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching potential leads and companies, forging new relationships, and positioning our consulting team for success.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid work set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
● Present the firm's offerings and services, leveraging discovery, extensive expertise, and client research to illustrate how our solutions align with client requirements.
● Generate leads and cultivate relationships by tending to both warm and cold prospects, uncovering fresh sales opportunities.
● Establish, expand, oversee, and sustain a pipeline of interested potential clients, while coordinating with the consulting team for subsequent actions.
● Identify optimal methods to enhance the company's lead-generation playbook and best practices.
● Leverage Hubspot, initiate cold calls and employ email outreach to create fresh sales prospects.
● Discern the requirements of potential clients and recommend suitable solutions or services.
● Foster enduring, dependable connections with potential clients to evaluate leads as potential sales opportunities.
● Actively pursue emerging business prospects within the market.
● Facilitate the scheduling of meetings or calls between potential) clients and consultants.
● Provide leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on results.
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
● At least two years of sales experience, showcasing a consistent track record of surpassing lead targets.
● Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) or possess a minimum of five years of pertinent professional experience.
● Established background as a Sales Development representative, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
● Competence in using Hubspot or other CRM software platforms.
● Proficiency in effective communication through both phone and email channels.
● Demonstrated expertise in creative problem-solving and robust analytical skills.
● A keen aspiration and the capability to progress within an organization.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
