What You'll Work OnOutbound Campaign Support
Research and build prospect lists of clinics, practitioners, and relevant contacts
Assist in creating and sending personalized outbound sequences
Manage follow-ups and track engagement through the CRM
Qualify leads and book introductory meetings for the sales team
CRM & Data Management
Keep CRM data accurate, organized, and up to date
Document activity logs, touchpoints, and next steps for each lead
Support CRM hygiene and ensure reporting is consistent across campaigns
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline reports for leadership
Track KPIs such as response rates, booked meetings, and conversions
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and outreach performance
What You Bring
2-3+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech)
Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong research and data-entry accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Nice to Have
Experience in healthtech, medtech, or SaaS startups
Familiarity with outreach tools like Apollo, HubSpot Sequences, or Lemlist
Interest in functional medicine, AI, or healthcare innovation
Experience supporting small GTM teams or early-stage sales operations
