Job Overview
We are hiring an Interior Sales Designer who can combine interior design expertise with strong client engagement. You will help clients bring their ideas to life through customized furniture and cabinetry solutions while achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts and tailored furniture/cabinetry designs
Recommend materials, finishes, and design options
Conduct client consultations, meetings, and site visits
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Grow and manage your client portfolio
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and as agreed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (required)
1-3 years experience in furniture, cabinetry, or interior sales
Strong aesthetic sense and design knowledge
Knowledge of furniture materials and construction
Proficient in AutoCAD/SketchUp (advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized, self-driven, and professional
English & Filipino fluent; Visayan is a plus
Performance Expectations
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain high client satisfaction
Gain 3-5 new active clients per quarter
Ensure accurate documentation and timely project turnover
