JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Qualification
Proven experience with sales information/sales data analyst with 2 years and above experience
Working knowledge in database design development, data models, data segmentation (essentially, data mining skills)
Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, among others)
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems and incorporate in the SFA system,
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize quality of reports
Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns of data sets
Liaise amongst members/across sales teams and other departments if deemed necessary in relation to alignment of internal databases. Provides updates as to how the plans are progressing and lay down necessary actionable points
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems among others
Work with key stake holders as well as third party partner to prioritize business and information needs on a timely manner
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
