Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Effectively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using a CRM platform.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Participate in sales development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with strong customer service orientation.
Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
