Job Description:With Intelligence is an information exchange connecting allocators and fund managers across various asset classes, providing the necessary insights and data for smarter asset allocation decisions. The Sales & Customer Operations team plays an essential role in supporting our sales and customer success initiatives across our business intelligence product suite.We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales & Customer Operations Associate to join our growing team. This position requires a proactive self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to sales and customer success teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing teams and clients.
Handle lead management and ensure proper assignment to the sales team.
Maintain high data integrity to facilitate the achievement of commercial objectives.
Oversee account administration to maximize customer usage.
Utilize Salesforce for managing customer records efficiently.
Execute data cleanup and transformation tasks within Salesforce and other systems.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience with customer service tools (like Zendesk or Freshdesk) is advantageous.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
Resourceful with solid research abilities.
Ability to accept feedback constructively and a willingness to learn.
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with accountability.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team primarily during SGT 4:00 pm to 1:00 am or SGT 3:00 pm - 12:00 am.
