BP Industrial Supplies and Services Inc. is looking for an energetic and motivated SALES COORDINATOR who uses his or her sales experience and leadership skills to motivate sales staff, handle administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The sales coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Female
Must be knowledgeable in Sales Marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Work experience in the related field is an advantage
Reviewing reports and data to determine whether further action is required.
Preparing reports on sales activities and forecasts for upper management review
Coordinating the work of other employees within the company, such as administrative staff or technicians
Helping to create marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services to specific groups such as investors or potential customers.
Coordinating with other departments to manage projects and ensure that deadlines are met.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and prepare reports.
Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Willing to start ASAP.
Salary can be negotiated upon interview.
