SALES COORDINATOR
 
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for delivering results.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers.
Utilize specialized software programs to manage and track the sales process.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Meet with prospective clients to assess and understand their needs.
Research and identify potential prospects for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent presentation skills with a technical acumen.
Ability to negotiate effectively and understand marketing principles.
Proficient negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
Personable and customer service-oriented demeanor.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
Willingness to travel as required
